Carriers to contact (name + agent email)
We only ever email these addresses — add up to 10. Each carrier is asked for both home and auto where they offer it. Blank rows are ignored. Two contacts at the same carrier? Add them as separate rows with the same carrier name — we'll combine them into one email to both.
